Reduce Your exposure to Computers and TV

These days kids are spending most of their time in watching TV or working in computers as computers are an integral part in most of the houses now. It is better to understand the negative effects these things have at the earlier stage as later on you will not be in a position to correct it also. There are many people who are effected by these addictions and have health problem now.It is a big worrying factor in seeing young kids addicted to these things more than adults do. Moreover these younger lots do get into these things for wrong reasons or wrong purpose which is really and and parents do have to interfere in correcting those mistakes as proper restrictions at the very young age will do good for them when they grow old. Even i had these habits right from my young age, but came out of it very soon

In olden days kids used to spend lot of time playing outdoor games which kids of this age never do. They stay indoors watching tv or browsing net. These activities also deny them of physical exercise which they never get and in turn will only result in getting worse health effects. It is not only for children as we do see many matured people getting addicted to these things very fast. This is not the time to get addicted into things like these as you have to put a restriction to yourselves on spending on all these activities. Some of them have also made it a habit of watching news in internet or in TV as forget reading news papers like in olden times. There are many people who do get into internet for the sake of earning and end up spending hours on net earning less. Whatever you do on net, you should not over work.

Sitting idle and working is one of the worst habits any one can have. You should get into other activities like meeting your friends, attending events or functions which are also very important aspects of your life which will also keep you more active and energetic all the time and you don't feel lazy like otherwise. Drink more water and involve in all activities though you spend more time in internet or TV as at least getting involved in all activities will keep you active instead of focusing on one thing which is a bad living for sure. If you are also one of them who do pass their days like this, change your way and you can be a completely different person tomorrow in all the ways
