Having lot of friends around does keep oneself very happy in life isn't it? Be a good friend first for your list of friends. when i was in college, i used to count all my friends and i used to be very happy seeing the big number of friends with me. Those were the days we never get tired or bored anytime as friends will be there with us all the time. But once we come out of college, we do realize how much we are missing all these friends as all of a sudden we will be left alone as everybody will be focused on their future career and will be busy finding jobs. These times will be the most frustrating period for anyone and till they get settled somewhere and get adjusted, it will be pretty difficult to pass the day's. These things are quite common in everybody though there are also few of them who don't feel much difference as they are more reserved sort.
Making true friends is so difficult, but breaking them is pretty easy isn't it? there are many friends who get separated because of silly arguments or lack of maturity which they realize later on in their life. Though in college life, one doesn't look into true friends as they go on adding friends, it is very important to make true friends as you move on in life. At the end, only true friends will remain with you as other so called friends will be there with you only during your happier times and not in your bad times for sure. When you are facing real tough times in your life and you cannot find any way or struggle to find a way through, these true friends will come to rescue you and not other friends . So, if you can make 2-3 real true friends in your life, you have to be really lucky for sure.
Before making a good friend for yourselves, be a good friend for yourselves first. Listen to him/her first before you can make them listen to you. When you show interest in their stories, you will also make them listen to you later on. Develop a perfect bonding without any misunderstanding, though initial disagreements between you two are always welcome so that you can improve on your relationship later on. There should be mutual trust between you two and only then the bonding become stronger and your friendship will blossom
