Careful on Health Problems While Working in Computers

The number of people working in computers have increased drastically all over the world and especially students are getting more and more exposed into computers. We do see them playing internet games or engaged in social networking sites etc. While other software professionals will be spending more time doing their work without even taking proper break in between which is very important for their health.

Try relaxing at least for a minute or so every half an hour by getting up from your seat, walk around and drink some water, then sit back. If you are working for more than 4-5 hours in a day , your eyes are straining more and you may have eye burning sensation later on. So, you can place two cucumber pieces above your closed eyes lying down for 10-15 minutes which will relax your eyes a lot and you can get rid of burning eye problem. It is also better to anti glare screen to computer monitors or you can wear anti glare glasses while working on computers as this will protect your eyes

Eat leafy green vegetables, carrots, cucumber, fruits etc which are very good for your eyes and will effectively stop eye diseases which might arise due to over exposure to computers. Drink enough water and also see that you get enough sleep which is very essential for eye care. These days we do see software professionals take minimum sleep and working more which is very bad for health as sleep is very essential for anyone to get good health. One should maintain around 6-8 hours of good sleep everyday.

Get involved in entertainment activities once in a while in between your daily routine which will keep you in good spirit and also you get more relaxed and be in  happy mood to work more. Relaxing and enjoyment are part of your work schedule, don't neglect it. Do interact with your friends more and more which is also good for you in long run.
