Old People Live for More Time

Time have changed now as life has also become very artificial these day's. We have all the entertainment these days and people spend most of their time in entertainment activities. In olden times, population was also less and the world was full of pure nature without any pollution as we have now. People then used to work very hard to earn their daily bread and obviously those people living in that age were the luckiest ones. Even the kids at that olden times were very strong and also very active than these day's. It was really wonderful for those people to live in that age to experience everything with zero pollution level for sure.

The daily junk food we have it these days is very bad for health and people these days live a very mechanical life as they don't seem to have any time to spare for other activities than work. People forget to live today thinking of tomorrow as everybody are seen calculating for tomorrow's life which they have never seen. Olden times, people were never concerned like today as they were only passing each day as they would like. One should enjoy each passing moment without worrying about tomorrow.Though old time people never got any entertainment stuff like today, they used to have their own way of enjoyment and also they were also eating much healthier food than the junk food what we like to eat today which is very bad for health. Because of all these, olden day people do live for longer time than people of this age.

People are more addicted to all the bad activities or bad habits these days and so people of these modern times do get diseases fast as we also get to hear new kind of diseases introduced now. There are some deadly diseases these days which doesn't even have medicine and it is really pathetic time now as the average good health life of people these days is around 40-45 years as compared to 80-85 years of those times. Those days people were getting proper physical exercise as their work schedule was more of physical as compared to more of mental work these days and we do see people going for jogging, gymnasium etc to get physically fit and strong which was quite natural in olden days. There are many old people living now who are even stronger than most of the people of this age !
