Blaming seniors on Indian Cricket Team Loss is not sensible

India were the world champions only few months back under Gary Kirsten's coaching and now it stands in third place after Kirsten resigned from Indian coaching job and joined head coach of South Africa cricket team. Is the coach change responsible for the heavy loss coming these day's or is it the senior players who are not performing as expected from them? well, media is busy putting the blame on senior players of not performing and some of the former well known cricketers are also saying that senior players should be dropped immediately and junior players should be included for the immediate revival of Indian cricket. How far is this correct under these circumstances and will India recover from dumps with only juniors around and no experience in them and even no input from senior players?

Players like Sachin comes once in a lifetime and i don't think India will get to see another Sachin in 100 years from now on for sure. Just by looking at some failures, one cannot put player like him out of the team which is senseless and even in this series he has played well and missed centuries in first two tests by narrow margin. Then comes players like Dravid and Laxman who are mainly responsible for India going to the number one stage and strangely Dravid was the man of the series in recently concluded India- England series and Laxman played crucial knocks saving India and also taking it to victory in the recently concluded India-West-Indies series. So, how can you come to a conclusion of dropping these biggest stars which India
have now ! one more fact is that, India is struggling to find a suitable replacement to these big players as of now. So dropping these stars should be out of question at least for now.

The biggest question mark on India's under performance should be blamed on coach instead as he is not at all inspiring like Kirsten.Man management is very very crucial in any sports team and Kirsten was a master in that getting his respect from all seniors around and also juniors during his time. When the coach is less inspiring, it just seems that players are left on their own now without much motivation around. So, solution here would be to find a suitable coach like kirsten and not dropping seniors in the team which might be a big joke. Player like Saurav Ganguly was mainly responsible for India going to number one status. Though India got to number one position under Dhoni's captaincy, foundation was laid by Saurav Ganguly who is the greatest Indian captain till now and the record speaks to itself
